My father Jens Arne Jensen and his late brother John H. Jensen have for more than 30 years collected information genealogy information about the Jensen family. I have made this genealogy website hoping that the knowledge of my family can continue growing…….with YOUR help…….!

Since this page was first initiated, my Father has died also. He died on March 13. 2001, in his 77'th year.
Following genealogy programmes have been used:
- We have used EMBLA FAMILIE OG SLEKT, which is a norwegian version of the genealogy programme Family Tree.
- Misc. Text editors to make the ancestors index pages and the family web pages.

Here are all the persons that popped up during the genealogy research,
I am very grateful for any feedback concerning these pages, because there are several details that are uncertain, and as you probably can see, a lot is missing. Much of the information has been taken from the 1801, 1865 and 1900 Censuses, and from old Church Records. Some information has also been gathered from the Genealogy books "Søndeled Slektshistorie, vol IV" and "Slekten Marcussen", that is part of our family.
